First things first: If we send you any product that does not match what you have ordered, it is our fault. We will arrange to pick up the product, and will ship the correct product to you at our expense. Our fault, our dime.
If we have shipped you a product that you ordered but you decide that you no longer require it, you have 30 days to return the materials. Please see the correct category below to determine our return policies.
Unopened, non-custom products: Please check carefully before opening your purchase that the size and type of product you have ordered is accurate for your needs. If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it at any time. Please call our office for an RMA number in order to process the return. You will be given instructions at that time. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. A credit will be issued to the same credit card used in the transaction, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Open box returns: If you have opened the product, our office is required to run a series of electrical tests on the mat or cable to determine if it has been damaged and if we are able to resell the product. All electric products are thoroughly tested before they leave the manufacturer and are in perfect condition. Signs of dirt, dust, or wire damage mean that the product is not resellable and I trust you understand that we cannot refund your money. If there is no dirt or damage to the product we will refund your money less a 15% restocking fee to compensate for the additional electrical testing and time required. You will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Custom-made products: We are not able to accept returns on custom-made mats.
We use FedEx exclusively to ship our products.
